Ruff Ruff and Meow co-founder, Caroline Leedom is a member of Bacchus Society, an organization committed to helping the community with many different worthy causes.

Why did you join Bacchus?
"The founder, Steve Bender is very inspiring in his passion to give back to the community & to truly make a difference in this world," said Caroline. "I wanted to be a part of that. I think it's absolutely amazing how he's able to coordinate fabulous events involving great wine & at the same time raise awareness & generate 100% of the proceeds for important causes."
What's Your Favorite Bacchus event?
"They are all amazing, but I'd have to say Bacchus's recent Ambrosia Wine Fest event held at the OC Pavilion. It was a gorgeous venue for an important cause benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I was able to bring my mother & she had a wonderful time."
Length of community service involvement
Caroline has had the privilege to be involved with a number of charititable organizations both personally & through her business Ruff Ruff & Meow. In addition to being a member of The Bacchus Society since 2004, Caroline has also been very involved with the events Overture puts on since 2005. Overture's mission is to promote awareness of the Arts and raise funds for Orange County Arts Educational programs such as Art Express & others. Caroline's company Ruff Ruff & Meow also makes a point of attending as many local rescue events as they can & donates product regularly to local & national rescues around the country.
Education:
Caroline went to the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Personal info:
Caroline was born & raised in Honolulu, Hawaii & currently resides in Newport Beach, CA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends & her puppy "Bentley" a little lhasa apsa who thinks he's a big put bull & "Allie" a sweet but feisty calico cat who was a rescue from the streets of South Central, LA.
